The actress reportedly admitted she took the items but claims she struck a deal under which their combined cost would be deducted from her acting fee.

It looks like Lindsay Lohan’s prima donna drama on the set of Charlie Sheen’s “Anger Management” — which included her puking — was even worse than first reported.

Sources previously told the Daily News that Lohan threw a tantrum on the set, refused to come out of her trailer, looked hung-over and then vomited in the parking lot.

Now TMZ.com reports the sticky-fingered starlet walked off the set with a bunch of wardrobe items, including two bracelets, a necklace, sunglasses, shoes, a silk bathrobe and lingerie.

Lohan, 26, reportedly admitted she took the items but claims she struck a deal under which their combined cost would be deducted from her acting fee.

Sources told the website the so-called deal only took shape after the “Mean Girls” actress swiped the goods and then refused to write a check for them when confronted by the stylist.

“My perception is that this is a tactic to create notoriety and publicity for the show,” Lohan’s New York-based criminal lawyer Mark Heller told the Daily News Friday. Read full article.

It’s back to rehab for Lindsay Lohan – 90 days in a center under lock and key – plus psychotherapy and community service.

This was how the actress resolved her latest court case, this one that started over a Porsche crash in Santa Monica last summer when she was filming Liz & Dick.

During a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing Monday that she showed up to nearly an hour late – and got showered with glitter on the way in – she also pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving.

Asked by Judge James Dabney if she understood all terms and conditions, Lohan answered, “Yes, your honor.”

The judge then said, “A suggestion: don’t drive.”

Under the deal, Lohan, 26, avoids a six-month jail term for violating her probation in a shoplifting case as long as she doesn’t run afoul of the law again. She will be booked at the Santa Monica Police Department.

“You violate probation and we’ll … just impose sentence and be done with it,” the judge warned.

Lohan also faces an outstanding case in New York involving a nightclub fight, but her attorney said he expected that authorities won’t prosecute her in light of the current deal.

Her father, Michael Lohan – who attended the hearing with his own lawyer – said outside of court, “I’m just very happy she’s going to rehab.”

The “Liz & Dick” actress is currently in talks to donate her time to Trinity Athletics, a gym where underprivileged girls can get scholarships to learn to tumble and cheer in Johns Creek, Georgia and it’s set to happen before March 18, when sheís due in Judge Stephanie Sautnerís Santa Monica, California, court to face three charges, including lying to police.

Kourtney Calano, the founder of the Baby & I Foundation in Atlanta, tells omg! exclusively that after Lohan generously gifted her charity with $50,000 in 2011, she reached out to the actress’ team “about mentoring young girls at a nearby gym, where the owner has given a lot of her cheerleading hopefuls free grants to be able to cheer and follow their dreams, some even Olympic hopefuls. This is something that is still in the working stages, where Lindsay will be a possible mentor to these young girls for a day to uplift them and let them know she too has struggled and overcome so much adversity in life.”

But Lohan, 26, shouldn’t book that flight to Georgia just yet.

“We have yet to make any arrangements with Ms. Lohan about mentoring our girls,” Trinity Athletics owner Cori Davenport tells omg!. “We are very busy at the moment on focusing on our upcoming NCA Nationals and that is our only focus presently. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and everyone makes mistakes. I applaud Ms. Lohan for wanting to make a difference in people’s lives, especially young girls so they don’t take the same road she has.

Indeed, Lohan is eager to get some positive press as the days creep closer to her March 18 trial. On Friday, her new lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, filed court documents asking the judge to “slow track” the case since Lohan is “pursing and participating in certain activities, which will benefit her and afford her more of an opportunity to be a productive and responsible person and contributor to society.”

Lohan’s rep did not immediately respond to omg!’s request for comment on her mentoring plans.

Of course, this could all just be a ruse to make the actress look better in the eyes of the law. The judge in her case, Stephanie Sautner, is due to retire on April 5 … and perhaps Lohan and her legal team are hoping to make a positive impression on her replacement.

Actress Lindsay Lohan will stand trial on March 18 on charges she lied to California police about a June car crash and violated probation, raising the possibility she could be sent back to jail.

A judge in Los Angeles on Wednesday set the trial date on charges related to the car crash and said the court will hold a hearing at the same time on whether Lohan in the incident violated probation from a 2011 jewelry theft.

The star of the movie “Mean Girls,” who has been in and out of rehab and jail since 2007, wore a black sleeveless dress and looked tired at the brief court hearing. She arrived in Los Angeles late Tuesday from New York and has abandoned her longtime lawyer in favor of new attorney Mark Heller.

Lohan has pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing police when she said she was not behind the wheel of her sports car, which smashed into a truck in Santa Monica, California in June.

Lohan, 26, left court without speaking to the media.

The former “Parent Trap” child star has been in and out of trouble since a 2007 arrest for drunk driving and cocaine possession.

Sautner warned Lohan that she could be found in violation of probation even if she is acquitted on charges connected to the car crash because the standard of proof is lower.

Lohan was ordered to appear at Wednesday’s hearing because she decided to switch lawyers, firing longtime attorney Shawn Holley this month.

She was arrested in New York on a misdemeanor assault charge on the same day in November that the Santa Monica car crash charges were filed. The Manhattan district attorney’s office has not filed a criminal complaint in the assault case.

Lohan’s appearance in Los Angeles had been in doubt after Heller wrote to the court earlier this week saying was suffering from an upper respiratory infection and could not appear.

“Glad to see you’re feeling better,” Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan at the hearing.

Lindsay Lohan has now been dumped by two publicists in as many years, and the perpetually troubled starlet is poised to have a hell of a time finding a new rep.

In March 2010 power publicist  Leslie Sloane-Zelnik dropped the actress from her A-list roaster, and just last week Steve Honig, who reps other trainwrecks including Courtney Love and Brooke Mueller, decided Lohan was too much for him to handle, following a failed intervention and a string of other incidents that fall under the category of “PR nightmares.”

As a constant tabloid fixture, Lohan is now known more for her offscreen antics than her acting abilities, and finding a new PR flack isn’t going to be easy, according to the New York Daily News. The newspaper spoke to a number of publicists who say taking on Lohan is a suicide mission.

“Anyone who represents her is taking a risk because she flies off the handle, she’s uncontrollable and she gets in her own way,” a prominent New York public relations exec who’s dealt with Lohan told the paper. “It’s not only working with her, it’s working with her family. There’s a big difference between Dina Lohan and the Kardashians.”

Another high-profile publicist completely balked at the idea of representing Lohan, telling the NYDN that it would mean taking on a “crisis management project,” and mainly doing damage control — a service the source estimates would probably set the actress back about $30,000 to $50,000 a month.

“You’re not placing stories, you’re just stopping them all day. She has a movie coming out, which is great, but Lifetime is handling it [the network behind Lohan’s upcoming “Liz & Dick” biopic] — not you,” explained the source.

After news that Honig split with his client broke, TMZ reported that it was — among other things — because he couldn’t deal with the actress’s attention-seeking father. Honig wouldn’t give a reason for parting ways with Lohan, but told the website, “Michael wishes he were that important.”

While Lohan’s family may not have been the sole reason her rep quit, they are just one more reason other publicists aren’t eager to work with her,  as you can’t stop them from talking to the press. And Lohan isn’t doing herself any favors either when it comes to communicating with the world, as her social media presence is also a huge liability

In the past months the 26-year-old actress has become the laughing stock of the Twittersphere and beyond with her inane tweets about the Presidential debates, taxes, fighting for her dreams, and even her thoughts on “Hurricane Sally” (yep, she decided to rename Sandy), all of which makes her a less than ideal client for anyone in their right mind to take on at this time.

“She doesn’t need a publicist. She needs to get her sh*t together,” one publicist told the NYDN.
